1. WhatsApp Support Policy

• WhatsApp calls are strictly prohibited.
  If you make a WhatsApp call, your WhatsApp account may be suspended, and you will be blocked from contacting support.

2. Correct Link Usage

• You must provide the correct social media link when placing your order.

• No refund or refill will be provided if an incorrect link is used.

• The company is not responsible for any issues caused by wrong links.

3. Refill & Refund Policy

• Lifetime Guaranteed Services:
  Only services labeled “Lifetime Guaranteed” are eligible for refills or refunds.
  You must receive a refill or refund on your previous order before placing a new order for the same service.
  If you place a new order without receiving a refill or refund for the previous one, no refill or refund will be provided.

• Partial Orders:
  If your order is partially completed, the remaining amount will be refunded.
  Partial refills void any further refills or lifetime guarantees for that order.

• No Refill Services:
  Services that do not mention “refill” or “guaranteed” are final, and no refunds or refills will be given.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Returns

• Chargebacks or payment reversals are not allowed on SMM panel services.

• Refunds cannot be requested through your payment provider once an order is placed.
